Piquillo peppers are the product with which our factory was born, and more than a century later it remains one of our ensigns, present with our asparagus in prestigious restaurants of good Basque cuisine.
And we are convinced that the success of our peppers is due only to the care of every detail throughout the production process, from the collection and selection to the roasting in wood oven with beech of the Sierra de Urbasa, which gives a uniform roast and penetrates deeper into the pepper.
