Welcome to my culinary corner! Growing up in a home where food was an expression of love and community instilled in me a profound appreciation for the vibrant flavors of my Basque heritage. Visiting the Arrasate market with my ama taught me that the quality of the product is truly fundamental. The culinary creations of my ama and the cherished moments spent in the Txoko with my aita have deeply influenced my passion for cooking.

 My academic journey in Tourism Management in Madrid enriched my understanding of gastronomy and culture, while my travels across the Iberian Peninsula allowed me to connect with unique traditions and flavors through family in Galicia, Madrid, and Andalucía. During my tenure at various import companies in New York, where I introduced pintxos in a gastro shop, I realized the importance of a personal connection to the products I presented. This inspired me to create a space where every item is thoughtfully chosen, reflecting its own story and essence.

In my shop, I offer a carefully curated selection of ingredients and utensils to help you create your own pintxos and tapas, along with other treasures from traditional cuisine.
